Ladies were covering their ears and wrinkling their noses with a slight disgust, and men were sighing with delight and couldn't take their eyes off the beautiful vintage cars.
There were races of the first Formula 1 cars and other oldies, spitfire shows and lots of people dressed up as soldiers and ladies from the 30s until the 60s and 70s.
It seemed like everything was vintage, even the Tesco store!
Goodwood is an annual festival where drivers, and fans of the good old times come together. The main subject of the event is the vintage machinery, but here you can also listen to (and dance) jazz and swing, buy a dress or a fur coat, take a ride in a tractor and watch the fabulous fashion!
